About Ritmo
Ritmo is a customer messaging platform built by RItm for teams in the Middle East who answer customers on WhatsApp, and on four other apps at the same time.
Ritmo started because the tools available locally forced a choice nobody should have to make: an unofficial bulk sender that risks your number, or an international platform priced in dollars that treats Arabic as an afterthought.
So we built on the official APIs, priced in Egyptian pounds, with Arabic and English treated as equals throughout the product rather than one translated after the other. The flow builder, the inbox and the reports all read correctly right to left because they were designed that way, not retrofitted.
We are based in Egypt and build for the region: local payment, local pricing, and support in the language you actually work in.
How we build
No inflated promises
We will not sell you unlimited WhatsApp messages, because no legitimate provider can. What we document is what the platform does.
Your data is yours
Your conversations, contacts and numbers belong to you. Export them whenever you like, and take them with you if you leave.
Arabic first, not Arabic later
Every screen, every message and every report exists in both languages from day one, including the ones customers never see.
